Hello everyone, I am Julie Harrison and I live in the lovely coastal area near Charleston, SC. My career path has zigged and zagged across several roles and industries. I’ve been in the Army and deployed overseas, I’ve also worked in outside sales and then found my way to a career in Human Resources. I left the corporate world as a Human Resources executive after two decades and now get to work in the area I am most passionate about – coaching!
I started my own Human Resources consulting business in 2019 and now I’m experiencing a whole new life as a solo entrepreneur. I can’t say making this change is for the feint of heart, but I can say that is has been an amazing journey that helped me realize my desires to help others along their journey. As a life-long learner, I decided to enhance my skills. In 2020, I earned an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Most of the work I do is virtual, so I am able to assist clients from around the world. We work though video, phone, and a variety of mediums to build the relationship, determine the goals, and plan the journey to ensure my clients can apply their best selves to their career.
I learned early the impact that a successful career can have on a person’s life and overall mindset. It impacts their family, finances, health, and happiness. Many people are unhappy at work and feel their career is stalled or a negative experience. I am passionate about helping others find the confidence within themselves to turn their experience into a positive journey and achieve the career they dream about. As a leadership and career coach, I work one-on-one with individuals to help them discover and eliminate their self-limiting beliefs. I also help them identify strengths that give them the courage to reach for the next role.
Many people eliminate themselves from even applying for a new role because they don’t believe they meet the requirements. You’ve probably heard the following statistic: Men apply for a job when they meet only 60% of the qualifications, but women apply only if they meet 100% of them. The finding comes from a Hewlett Packard internal report, and has been quoted in Lean In, The Confidence Code and dozens of articles. I help people self-reflect on not only what attributes they bring, but what they are looking for in the next role, work environment and overall, what gives them fulfillment.
I help people at many different points in their careers but most typically those who feel stuck and aren’t getting the satisfaction or credit they feel is deserved. Sometimes it is the situation, or the culture and they may be working for a company that does not align with their values. Others have experienced job elimination, and they are starting a job search for the first time in years. Regardless of the situation, I continue to coach those to find the right role and stay with them through their initial engagement.
My coaching style is open and honest, direct yet supportive - I hold my clients in unconditional positive regard. I truly listen and hear both the spoken and unspoken communication.
Together, we use the concepts of emotional intelligence and intentional change to build a plan of action so the client can achieve their goals.
In my free time, I love being outside and living in the south, I can do that year-round. I am currently on a six-year streak of running every day, no matter what. I also have a regular wellness practice of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. I love hiking, kayaking, bird-watching and taking lots of nature photos. I enjoy eating fresh and flavorful foods from around the globe. Thank goodness my husband is a chef since I am a terrible cook – LOL!
I am an entrepreneur, small business owner, wedding officiant, drama teacher, wife, and Mom!
With a degree in theatre and extensive theatrical training in London, England, I began my wedding officiant company, Storied Celebrations, after realizing I could take my training and talents in performance, teaching, writing, coaching, and event-planning and use them to create and perform wedding ceremonies.
A wedding ceremony is like a show after all — there are musical cues, a script, and a cast of characters. Having a trained professional in the world of performance like myself makes a huge difference in delivering a ceremony that is creative, unique, and heart-felt. A wedding ceremony is a ritual that exists all around the world; my job is to make it all come together and give my clients a memory that they will cherish forever.
Storied Celebrations is now a team of three officiants and I am also an elopement + micro wedding planner. Weddings can be anything you dream up — my job is to help bring those ideas to life.
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2013 and currently own AWAL Fitness, LLC. AWAL Fitness (Ageless Wonder, Ageless Living) provides concierge Personal Training, as well as online fitness programming and meal planning. Fitness is my second career. After years in the medical field as a Lab Technologist, I am working with my clients to slow the effects of aging and enhance their lives through fitness and healthy eating.
During the pandemic, I have offered virtual training to my clients via Video Chat, outdoor training, and social distance training indoors with masks. My clients share their appreciation for the normalcy these workouts bring to an otherwise abnormal existence.
I have a 10-year-old son, Jaden, who has ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). At the start of the pandemic, Jaden joined me in my morning Live workouts. The consistency and exercise helped Jaden feel more at ease. When asked for his 4th grade yearbook where he would work when he grew up, Jaden replied, “I will work at AWAL Fitness.”
I am also a Certified Pilates Instructor. Pilates is a movement system that works the body from the inside out. I fell in love with Pilates in 2017 when I and my fellow personal trainers kept complaining of low back, hip and knee pain. I am currently the Lead Instructor at Club Pilates Spring House and Club Pilates Conshohocken. I have worked with the owner to provide both Virtual Mat and Reformer classes and safe in-studio classes to members.
Hello there! My name is Tiffany Langdon. I am a meditation and yoga teacher, currently residing in Louisville Kentucky, and sometimes Tulum Mexico! My passion lies in studying Hindu Mythology and Yoga Philosophy. I've traveled to far places and have sat with gurus, practiced with amazing teachers, dipped my body in Ganga Ma (Ganges River), danced in holy temples, meditated in the most beautiful sunsets, participated in the most magical puja ceremonies and chanted mantras during many satsangs (community gatherings). And, this fulfilling journey has led me to *here and now*.
I tend to teach yoga classes that weave asana, meditation and mythology together including fluid movement and carefully chosen postures to strengthen the body and to prepare the body for meditation. I urge students to practice yoga to develop a deeper understanding of their 'true self'. My classes are challenging but fun, safe, light-hearted and accessible to all levels and I invite every student to be satisfied with their yoga practice as it is today and to enjoy their own journey.
Join me for a session in Louisville Kentucky, online with Zoom or travel with me to a yoga + meditation retreat in one of the most beautiful cities, towns or villages around the world! You will experience a sense of connection with yourself and others in a safe and fun environment that encourages transformation. I hope to meet you and see you soon!
Hi there! I’m Shanna, and I’m a photographer, alignment coach and herbalist based in beautiful South Florida. When I’m not crafting seasonal recipes and honoring the magic of slow living with my lifestyle brand Luna Feronia, I’m coaching entrepreneurs and creating gorgeous visual content with Truth and Tools.
I love working to cultivate soul aligned brand experiences and strategies steeped in intention for women on a mission to change the world, heal one another and nurture wellness.
I believe that no matter how crowded a market can seem, or how difficult it can feel to stand out, when we know our Truth and our worth, we can know wild success. With my approach rooted in ritual and heartfelt empowerment, I am so grateful to help women in unearthing their immense power by designing life and businesses that are in harmony. Witnessing women share their potent medicine with their communities while getting paid well to do what they love is the best feeling in the world.
Hi! My name is Bree and I'm a firm believer that fitness is for everyone.
I started teaching people the joy of moving their bodies by instructing yoga classes in Thailand. Some of the biggest, burliest men joined my classes and fell in love with how great of a workout they could get by just using their body weight.
Wanting a change and having just finished my undergrad at Rutgers in Nutrition: Food Service Administration I ended up moving to NYC with $100 to my name and without telling my parents, taking a huge risk on pursuing a fitness career. I ended up working in one of NYCs top luxury gyms and falling in love with weight training and helping others, especially women feel and look strong. I now run my own personal training business, specializing in women’s strength training and mobility and have loved seeing my girls change to feel and look more confident and comfortable in their bodies everyday.
Because movement and training should be accessible for everyone, I offer 1:1 training in NYC, virtual personal training and a 12 week intensive fitness course geared towards busy women who want to better their lives by following a program that implements four pillars of health: fitness, self-care, nutrition and mindset.

My beautiful friend, Shanna, calls me a dreamer. To me, dreaming and living are one of the same — I live to turn my dreams into reality. I have a passion, and believe my purpose is to positively influence and enhance your experience by provoking feeling and thought through content.
My earliest memory was when I was about 8 years old and I scored a Mickey Mouse Paint Studio CD-ROM. I remember creating banners just because, cards for everyone in my 8-year-old world, posters, etc. This turned into creating album art and flyers for my brother’s band in high school and then going to college to study graphic design.
For more than a decade, I have had the absolute pleasure of elevating brand experience, both internally and externally, through graphic design, marketing and communication. I am grateful that I have continued to follow my passion and have had the opportunity to build partnerships through my work.
I am grateful our paths crossed. Now, let’s make our mark.
